Shingle roofing sits in the scope list next to tile and flat work, and it is the covering where the choices are easiest to set out. Weight, profile and colour are picked against what the house already carries, the underlayment beneath is chosen with the pitch in mind, and starter and ridge courses are treated as their own line rather than as offcuts. Ventilation at the ridge and at the soffit belongs to the same decision, since a shingle roof works with the air under it. Fasteners go where the manufacturer puts them, which is what keeps a field from lifting along its edges. Where a job also touches tile or a flat run, the boundary between coverings is detailed before tear-off.
Over 580 completed projects since 2020 sit behind the way a roofing job is run, and it starts the same way each time. An Onsite Visit and Free Estimate, free to the homeowner, returns a detailed scope of work and a remodeling consultation. Material, colour and profile are named in that document, which matters when the choice has to be shown to somebody else before it is ordered. Permits are handled. Financing is available. The roof carries a warranty of 5 years. CSLB #1072368 covers a licensed and insured company in business since 2020. Call or text (310) 220-0903 with an address in 91301, 91302 or 91372.
Calabasas area
Addresses here fall under ZIP codes 91301, 91302 and 91372. A roof is judged from the deck up, so on a Calabasas address the state of the sheathing, the flashing at every penetration and the route water takes off the slope count for more than the shingle color does.

I recently hired My Cali Builders for a backyard remodel and couldn't be happier.
Danny and his team were professional, punctual, and easy to communicate with.
They really paid attention to the details and brought my vision to life.
The quality of the work exceeded my expectations from start to finish.
Everything was done cleanly and on schedule, which I really appreciated.
Danny made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
The backyard now looks amazing and feels like a completely new space.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable contractors.
Was very impressed! Prompt. Highly professional. Thorough. Excellent feedback and service while response completing my job. I absolutely would hire them again and recommend them without any concerns!
I began my Yelp search for a company to perform structural repairs and ultimately chose 5 companies, scheduling each of them for a representative to visit and discuss my needs. I chose My Cali Builders based upon Danny's (owner) review of the work and how he defined the scope of the work. The other representatives vacillated on the scope of the work and attached various caveats. My Cali Builders also gave me the best bid. So I hired them and boy, am I glad I did. Work was performed quickly, efficiently and the finish work was excellent. Every task I initially discussed with Danny was completed. Danny's crew including Francisco and Jaime, were top notch and pleasant. Each day, refuse and trash were removed. Every day, Danny either visited or texted to advise on progress and to insure the work was progressing as discussed and to ask if I was satisfied and happy. I can't convey in words how much I appreciated My Cali Builders. Look no further, they are the best I've ever encountered.
Danny Raz is a man of action; the work was done promptly and even finished ahead of schedule. The workers were polite, respectful, of cleaned up well after the job.

Answers to the most common questions about this service in your area.
Yes. We have completed multiple Roofing projects in Calabasas. Call (310) 220-0903 to schedule a free onsite visit, or compare public feedback on the customer reviews page.
A duration is not something to promise before the roof has been looked at, and this page will not invent one. What the free onsite visit produces is a written scope with the sequence in it: tear-off, deck repair where needed, underlayment, flashing, covering, then cleanup and the final protection check. The dates around that sequence are agreed with you directly on (310) 220-0903.
Permits are required for full roof replacements in most cities. We pull the permit and schedule the required inspection before work closes out. You can also step back to the main Calabasas page to compare related local services.
The number follows the scope, and the scope follows a visit. Roof area, pitch, the shingle or tile chosen, how many layers come off and what the deck is like all move it, so no figure is published here. The Onsite Visit and Free Estimate is free and puts it in writing. Financing is available. Call or text (310) 220-0903 for a 91302 address.
